Outreach Ministry for Church Planting - There are millions of people in Nepal who have not heard of the saving Knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are living in darkness, without eternal life, and have never got a chance to hear the gospel, nor for the light of Jesus to shine on them. This Outreach Ministry has a goal to save the people of Nepal and to encourage others to do so, with special emphasis on equipping, training, and sending indigenous workers to evangelize and plant churches among un-reached people. It is an essential need to send some evangelists and pastors to proclaim this message to a people who have not heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Ministries International- Nepal Mission Statement - Our mission is to be used by God as He answers the cry of the lost and helpless children of the world. "For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and [him] that hath no helper. He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy. He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight." - Psalm 72:12-14
Core Values - It is our ultimate desire and passion to glorify God in every way possible. It is our desire to emulate Christ in all of our endeavors. It is our desire to obey to the fullest, the Great Commandments of Matthew 22:37-40. It is our desire to obey to the fullest, the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8. It is our desire to esteem and reinforce the authority, integrity, and role of the local church as the primary vehicle through which the Almighty chooses to make disciples, from all nations, tribes and tongues. It is our desire to love and respect all of those who serve Jesus Christ. It is our desire to be found faithful as stewards before our God, and before the regulators of finances set up by God ordained governments. Jesus Ministries International Nepal is currently based working through the local Church in Nepal, Eternal Hope Church.
Church Service:
In Nepal church is held on Saturday morning. It generally lasts 3 hours. Church is begun with prayer, and then we sing hymns. After the worship time, we pray for others needs, and then collect a tithe. Then the word of God is preached and the service is ended in prayer.
House and Village Fellowship:
On a daily basis the elders go to different member’s homes and meet with them. There they will pray for their needs, and teach them from the Bible.
Leadership Training:
After church service, those who are interested and feel called will meet together with the Pastor and go through the Bible, book by book, in an in depth way. We are praying about and desire to one day start a Bible College.
Radio Ministry
We are giving out radio devices that are solar powered, and play the Bible in the Nepali language. You can check out more information on the device by clicking here.
Our Social Works:
We have a Children’s home where we have rescued many children who were homeless. Now we provide for their needs, and raise them in the ways of the Lord. They have all, on their own, and different times accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. There is a wonderful difference in their lives and they now witness to others.
We give medication to the sick, visit and minister to the lepers, and help poor people by buying rice and gifts for them.
We desire to open a school for children and also a sewing center for women.
